A personal feel with a professional approach.

native Rhode Islander, Kristen Carron has been practicing law since 2002. She started her career as an associate in a small Providence law firm representing lenders in residential and commercial real estate closings, assisting clients in starting their small businesses and counseling them through the many facets of business ownership. While there, she discovered her passion was in Estate Planning and Elder Law. Since 2008, she has devoted her practice to helping families make some of the most difficult decisions they can face, from who will raise their children in the event of an unfortunate occurrence, to how they will afford nursing home care for aging loved ones. Kristen continues to work with small businesses making sure personal assets are protected from corporate liability and that the business can be passed down easily to future generations.

Kristen is licensed to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, in Accounting from Assumption College in 1999 and her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2002. She is a member of the Rhode Island Estate Planning Council and serves on the Board of Trustees of Preserve Rhode Island. She, her husband and 2 boys reside in East Greenwich, RI.
